Microneedling and the Vi Peel are both incredible treatments on their own. But together, they do something neither can do alone.

Microneedling creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin, triggering your body’s natural healing response and stimulating fresh collagen and elastin. What Each Treatment Brings to the Table

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, uses a professional-grade device to create thousands of controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This minimally invasive treatment triggers your body’s natural wound-healing response, prompting a surge in fresh collagen and elastin production deep within the dermis. The result is smoother, firmer, more even-toned skin over time.

We adjust needle depth anywhere from 0.25mm to 2.5mm depending on your unique skin concerns and goals. Microneedling is one of the most effective treatments available for improving skin texture, refining enlarged pores, softening fine lines and wrinkles, fading acne scars and other types of scarring, evening out skin tone, and restoring a healthy, radiant glow. Because it works by stimulating your skin’s own repair process, results continue to build over the weeks following treatment as collagen remodeling takes place.

When microneedling is done as part of the Gold Standard Facial, we keep the protocol focused on the two treatments working together rather than adding extras like PRP, exosomes, or growth factors, which we reserve for microneedling on its own. This lets the Vi Peel step in immediately after to do its job at full strength.

The Vi Peel is a physician-strength chemical peel that blends five active, medical-grade ingredients, TCA, salicylic acid, retinoic acid, vitamin C, and phenol, into a single formula that works on multiple layers of the skin at once. TCA smooths texture and clears blemishes, salicylic acid exfoliates and fights acne while unclogging pores, retinoic acid softens wrinkles and boosts elasticity, vitamin C stimulates fresh collagen growth, and phenol delivers deep exfoliation while helping to lighten stubborn pigmentation. Because it addresses the skin at multiple depths simultaneously, it treats a remarkably wide range of concerns: pigmentation, melasma, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, acne, acne scarring, and even body scarring like C-section scars.

What to Expect

Your appointment takes place in a private room, and we do everything we can to make it as comfortable as possible. We start with numbing cream (or nitrous gas, if you prefer) before your microneedling treatment. Once your skin has been prepped and hydrated, we follow immediately with your Vi Peel.

It’s important to know that downtime is more significant when these two treatments are paired together than when either one is done on its own. You can expect heavier shedding and downtime lasting anywhere from four or five to seven days as your skin renews itself. You’ll go home with your post-care kit and the products you need to support your skin through healing, along with access to our aftercare app, which walks you through every step and reminds you when to snap your progress photos.
